The USCCB has announced that there will be a Eucharistic Congress in Indianapolis in July 2024. The 2023-2024 pastoral year will allow us an opportunity to participate in the parish phase of this important event. For more information about the Revival please click here.
Most Fridays at 8:30 AM (check the parish calendar). All are Invited.
Eucharistic Adoration means adoring or honoring the Real Presence of Christ in the Eucharist. During Eucharistic Adoration, the Blessed Sacrament is brought out of the tabernacle and exposed in a special holder called a monstrance on an altar, and we "watch and wait" there in the Presence of Jesus. We remain deeply silent in His Presence and open ourselves to His Graces. Time spent in Adoration of our Blessed Savior can become the most profound, meaningful, joyful, peaceful and healing experience we could ever encounter.
Exposition and Adoration begin in the church at the end of 9AM Mass with procession of the Blessed Sacrament to our chapel in the Parish Office building, continue in the chapel throughout the day, and end with Benediction at 6PM.
Share this holy experience with your children! Drop-ins are welcome. If you feel called to do so, please consider committing to watch and wait with Our Savior for a specific time on a particular first Friday, or every first Friday, or anything in between.
Did you know that St. Louise now has the opportunity for Eucharistic Adoration 24/7 in the chapel in the Parish Office? If you are a registered parishioner you can come to the office when it's open to sign up to get a key fob in order to come pray any time you wish. Below are some FAQs about the chapel itself and how to sign up. You can also read the full Adoration Chapel guidelines here.
Chapel Hours: The Perpetual Exposition and Adoration Chapel is available to everyone during regular office hours (see stlouise.org website for current hours). Outside of regular office hours, it is accessible only to registered Adorers who hold an authorized key fob. Please see below for registration procedures and how to enter the Chapel during these hours. Please note that Eucharistic Adoration is not available from Holy Thursday until midnight on Holy Saturday.
Registration: To participate in adoration during the hours when the church is closed, you must be a registered member of St. Louise Parish, to register, please visit stlouise.org/registration. After you have registered with the parish, please come into the parish office to register for a key fob. Key fob registration when the Parish Center front desk is open. Check the St. Louise website or call 425 747-4450 for current office hours.
Entering & Leaving the Chapel: All registered Adorers will be given a key fob to unlock the door. Do not share this key fob with anyone else. We all have a responsibility to keep our Adoration Chapel safe, and to keep our Adorers safe when they are in the Chapel by themselves. Place your key fob in front of the black scanner, located on the wall on the right side of the main door, and listen for the click of the lock, then pull open the door. If you are right behind another person, wait for the door to close completely before presenting your key fob. When you are in the Chapel, when the Parish Center is closed, do not under any circumstance open the door to let anyone in, you are potentially putting yourself and our Adoration chapel at risk. No key fob, no access. When leaving, please make sure that the front door completely closes behind you. Do not hold open the door for anyone. Everyone must present their key fob to enter.
Bringing a Friend: If the friend understands the nature and purpose of adoration, and would like to join you, you may invite them to come with you. Please be sure that they leave with you. Since they are not a registered Adorer, they cannot remain in the Chapel alone, or with other registered Adorers. This is a safety and security issue.
