Mission: To provide opportunities for our parishioners, age 55 and older, to build community, to foster friendships and to grow together spiritually and intellectually in a fun, prayerful and welcoming environment. How to Participate: Forever Young hosts monthly meetings on the fourth Wednesday of the month. Most meetings have a theme—many have guest speakers. Topics are listed in the bulletin, and below on this page. Forever Young subgroups include:
Book Club: This group meets on the fourth Friday of each month in the Parish Center to discuss books on a wide range of interests decided by the group.
Let’s-Eat-Out (LEO) Group: break bread monthly at a local restaurant.
Sandwiches for the Homeless: Members make sandwiches once a month for St. Martin de Porres shelter for elderly men
Other Groups may be formed based on member interest. This might include groups such as sewing, scrabble or golf.
